



Zorlu Center, Istanbul
Zorlu Center is Turkey’s first and only “mixed use” project with 5 functions. The project extends over a construction area of 619.595 m² including culture and art center, hotel, business center, shopping center and residences.
With Zorlu Center, Zorlu Gayrimenkul aims to present “a new city square” to İstanbul. Zorlu Center has been created based on the squares from the past to present including those which are the symbol of Istanbul and those which are famous in various cities of the world. The Center is shaped by the modern understanding of architecture and acts as a bridge at the point where the continents of Asia and Europe join.
Zorlu Center won winning prize in the Commercial Architecture Award category of the Europe and Africa Property Awards 2009.




Flame Tower, Baku
The Baku Flame Towers are a symbol of the historic past and future strength and potential of Azerbaijan. The design was conceived as a cluster of flames, ejecting from the ground atop one of the prime hills of Baku.
A Fairmont Hotel is the major brand to occupy the project and offices and residential are located in two of the three towers. A destination retail centre is situated at the base of the project and serves as a public forum and social destination to unify the development. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2013.




Ora Central Office, Istanbul
Istanbul Ora is made by GM Investment and Development Corporation and contains outlets,parks,convention,arena,cinema,...This project is the central office of this complex , 3000m2 and designed by using the main colors of the company.The office completed in 2010.

Apa Uniprint Mill, Istanbul
Apa Uniprint is an office design project.Inside the wooden separators and outside solar panels used.For the entry we used a full print glass to emphasize the identity of the firm.Completed in 2007.
